Orders of AU$99 or more are eligible for free delivery until 31st December 2023.
Orders of AU$169 or more are eligible for free delivery starting on 1st January 2024.
A flat AU$25 shipping fee will be applied per order.
*Additional shipping charges are required in remote areas, please enter the zip code to confirm the postage.
Collecting Orders at Store
Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification, even if you authorised another person to collect your parcel.
- Shipping Method: We use "Australia Post" for shipping, providing tracking numbers for your shipments.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is approximately 14 business days based on location. However, delivery times may be extended due to courier delays or customs inspections. The delivery time may vary during the peak seasons depends on Australian Post.
- Order Confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. For reordering items, please place a new order.
- Refusal of Package: If you refuse to sign for a Yuki House package, resulting in customs retention, we cannot cancel your order or provide a refund.
